Country House

Located in the splendid landscape of the Marche Apennines, Country House Vittoria il Graditempo is immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility, nestled among vineyards and rolling hills. The panorama offers fields as far as the eye can see, romantic small villages resting on the hills, and green mountains that, on the clearest days, even reveal a glimpse of the sea.

The property was born from the renovation of an ancient countryside farmhouse that once housed the farmer and his family. The main house now hosts the guest rooms, while the old barn has become the restaurant.

Right at the center stands our large mulberry tree, locally known as “moro“, the true beating heart and symbol of Vittoria il Graditempo.

Around the structure lies a large garden scented with roses, lavender, and rosemary.

The splendid outdoor swimming pool, directly overlooking the hills, is the ideal place to indulge in unique moments of total relaxation.

“Hello everyone, we present ourselves. We are Alessia and Nicola, the owners of this place, two young men aged 23 to 20 years have decided to undertake this adventure … well, we can not say that I just decided, let’s say that we found ourselves in and .. .there we were. Now if you have five minutes, we would like to tell you about our history, which is a simple story, but full of hope and love”.

“One day, back in 2009, Alessia—fresh out of a degree in Political Science—found this little big treasure in her hands. It wasn’t in her plans, nor in her skill set… she had never served a plate in her life! But this place was too special to let slip away. Slowly, months went by, customers started coming, and Alessia added piece by piece to this great puzzle that is the world of hospitality and dining.

Nicola was by her side while continuing his job as a surveyor, the field he had studied for. Day after day, almost without realizing it, the workload grew, and Nicola offered to lend Alessia a hand. At a certain point, Nicola realized that managing two jobs—surveyor by day and waiter by night—was no longer sustainable.

It was August 2010. Nicola left the construction sites for good and became an integral part of this place. As time passed, the business grew. Alessia and Nicola grew along with it, learning something new every single day. It was difficult at times, and often demanding, but they realized more and more that they were creating something truly their own—and loving it more with each passing day.

However, something was missing… neither of them knew how to cook… what a trouble!
That’s why Nicola decided to step inside the kitchen and… stay there! Bit by bit, day after day, sauce after sauce, error after error, Nicola became a complete and attentive chef, deeply passionate about his craft and eager to satisfy everyone’s palate. He experiments, tests, reads, tastes, researches, and never stops, because he always wants more from his kitchen.

None of this would have been possible without the help of our families, who supported and stood by us every single day. And here we are today, Nicola and Alessia at Vittoria il Graditempo—our home, our little world—ready to welcome anyone who knocks on our door and wants to be part of this incredible puzzle.

A huge thank you goes to all of you who believed in us and continue to do so!”
