The cuisine of our restaurant is the result of Nicola’s passion and love for this place. Always attentive in selecting the right raw ingredients, he carefully crafts the menu to offer our guests an authentic culinary experience, where dishes range from traditional Marche recipes to more delicious and original creations.
Nicola loves to challenge himself, which is why, alongside local meat dishes, he has also dedicated ample space to seafood cuisine, proposing ever-new and refined pairings.
His philosophy focuses on a careful selection of ingredients to create simple yet flavor-rich dishes capable of enhancing the authentic flavors of our land.
The experience is completed in an intimate and welcoming dining room featuring two splendid verandas. During good weather, guests can also dine outdoors to enjoy lunch and dinner surrounded by summer tranquility.
