Our food is the result of Nicola’s passion for cooking and his love for this place. He is always working to find the right ingredient to use and new recipes to delight our guests. The menu features dishes that represent the traditional cuisine of the Marche region as well as innovative ones that showcase Nicola’s culinary creativity.
Nicola loves challenges, that’s why in addition to meat, you will find offerings of fresh fish and seafood on the menu. He is very skilled at making fresh pasta and desserts play an important part on our menu as they are entirely made in-house.
